Come and share your experience and help each other out!

Building Grant Proposal Ideas that Involve Using Generative AI in Research

Monday, March 4, 2024; 1:00 PM-2:30 PM

Weiser Hall 619 (6th floor), 500 Church Street

Many faculty members are thinking about using Generative AI in their research projects. Maybe this is about using Generative AI to fill in missing data or link datasets, or to carry out data analysis. Or maybe it’s about using Generative AI to generative research hypotheses. But most of us aren’t successful yet at this. Let’s get together and share with each other what we are trying to do, find out who we can collaborate with, and learn from similar efforts. Please come and be prepared to discuss with the group your initial idea of using Generative AI in research, what grant opportunities you want to pursue, and what kind of collaboration would be meaningful. If you are a Generative AI expert and are seeking ways to apply your expertise to domain science, you know you will be really welcome!
