Passionate about data ethics, Yuan enjoys liaising between artificial intelligence and philosophy. It is important to minimize bias in the complex pipelines of technologies. Yuan earned her BA high honors in Classical Studies and Philosophy at the University of Michigan. Outside work, Yuan teaches yoga and likes to lift weights and play the flute, but not at the same time!
