Allyson (Ally) Tabaczynski is a postdoctoral research fellow in the School of Kinesiology. Allyson has a training background in behavioral theory, and the design and evaluation of health behavior change interventions. Her work aims to create behavioral interventions that support the development of resilient physically active lifestyles among middle-aged and older adults. Ally seeks to leverage data science and AI techniques to uncover a deeper understanding of the psychological processes behind maintaining health behaviors long-term, and to develop precise adaptive interventions that target these dynamic, individualized processes.
