Sina Bahrami

Assistant Research Scientist, Civil and Environmental Engineering, College of Engineering

My research focuses on developing optimal strategic decisions and policies to enable emerging mobility systems in smart cities with electric and automated vehicles using data-driven methods. I extensively leverage data science tools—from high-resolution mobility data analysis to simulation-based modeling and machine learning. A core aspect of my work involves developing and applying computational frameworks that integrate real-world data with optimization and statistical modeling techniques to evaluate and improve transportation policy.
