Software Quality Assurance

I just enjoy working on software engineering projects! My research interests often revolve around topics such as software maintenance and evolution, software quality, refactoring, empirical software engineering, and search-based software engineering. I have contributed to understanding how software systems can be improved over time with minimal disruption and maximum efficiency, utilizing automated techniques to enhance software design and functionality. My work frequently involves empirical studies that analyze large datasets of software systems to uncover patterns and best practices that can inform better software maintenance strategies. Additionally, I employ techniques from artificial intelligence and machine learning to optimize various aspects of software development and maintenance processes.

I came to the University of Michigan-Flint to be the director of the newly initiated Master's in Software Engineering and the Master's in Artificial Intelligence.

I want to reach a perfect software design that would guarantee bug freedom for programmers!

The ability to extract grounded information that can convince the community about the importance of sustaining software quality.

I love playing Soccer! Call me for any futsal game and I will be in!
