With funding from Microsoft, the Michigan Institute for Data and AI in Society (MIDAS) works with Detroit’s Connect 313 initiative and the City of Detroit’s Data Strategy and Analytics (DSA) team to support, inform, and drive Connect 313’s overall digital inclusion, equity, and empowerment strategy, while informing Microsoft Airband’s future effort to address digital inequality.
