Research Overview
Drs. Sue Hammoud (Human Genetics, Urology) and Arvind Rao (Computational Medicine and Bioinformatics, Radiation Oncology) use spatial statistics and graph analysis to develop methods that enables the quantitative assessment of patterns of spatial organization of multiple cell types. They will apply these methods to study how cells accumulate and migrate both when normal organs are formed and when tumors grow.
