Research Overview
Drs. Emanuel Gull (Physics) and Dominika Zgid (Chemistry) will apply tensor compression and fitting techniques to reduce the amount of computation needed when using quantum field theory to explain complex atomic systems. They will use this method to explain real materials and their phase transitions, and to solve the FLEX equations to accurately describe superconductivity and magnetism.
