Ivana Tullett

Managing Director

Center for Data-Driven Drug Development and Treatment Assessment

Ivana is the managing director of the Center for Data-Driven Drug Development and Treatment Assessment (DATA), an NSF-funded Industry-University Cooperative Research Center (IUCRC). In this role, she supports Dr. Kayvan Najarian, DATA’s Director, in operational, regulatory and administrative matters related to the Center’s activities.

Prior to joining MIDAS, Ivana oversaw regulatory and data compliance, data-related contracting and information security, and managed several operations-related projects at a non-profit impact organization affiliated with the University of Michigan. She also has experience with negotiating data use agreements, and with handling a wide range of health care regulatory compliance issues, including the use of protected health information in research, conflicts of interest, vendor relationships, and fraud, waste and abuse.

Ivana holds an LLM from the Charles University in Prague and an LLM and a research doctorate from the University of Michigan Law School. She is Certified in Healthcare Compliance.

In her free time, she enjoys baking, hiking, and biking.
