The global spread of COVID-19 motivates a deeper look at the inherent dynamics of the spread at clinical, temporal and network levels, to assess its multi-fold ramifications on health systems. Using emerging individual-level data from India and China, we identify key factors driving clinical progression and regional disease hotspots.
