My group is deeply involved in building, operating and analyzing the data of the world’s most sensitive dark matter detectors. We reached the sensitivity to detect quanta, therefore generating a very large amount of very complex data, containing novel signatures and hopefully to discover dark matter. Modern machine learning and data science methods allow us to analyze these data sets unprecedented sensitivity and to also gain new insights and potential discoveries in astroparticle, nuclear physics and neutrino physics.
